My name is Ron Dawson, creative thinker, percussionist and average cyclist.

After graduating from Ball State University, I spent several years working as an engineer and project manager.

I earned my MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and have worked as a strategist, advisor and project manager.

But from the time I was kid, I enjoyed playing music. I have been a performer in many organizations ranging from jazz, drum corps and symphonic groups. In fact, I was a music major and one point in college before I realized teaching middle school requires more patience than what I had.
